Rising Felix-like from the hashes of The Phill Inn Band, ED'S FERRETS have blaséd a trial across the rock landscape like no other band before them called ED'S FERRETS.
Tim Line:
1957: Ed's Ferrets start playing rock 'n roll.
2030: They run out of material and go to the bar to get drunk.
2045: More material arrives, but it's the wrong shade of blues. A fight breaks out.
2130: The jam begins in earnest.
2131: It's not the real Jam- and Earnest's getting upset. A fight breaks out. Paul Weller sues over a cheap pun.
2135: Blustering blistering rock 'n roll and blues ensues until the wee hours...
This is a typical evening at Jammy Dodgers (except for all the things mentioned above except the last bit about Rock 'n Roll and Blues. And Folk. Did I mention folk?).
You're most welcome to come along, plug in and hoover the floor play along with the mighty Ferrets.
What's that? Who are the Ferrets?
Ed 'Zeppelin' Jengles, Voice, Guitar. Ed started playing on the linoleum at four and hasn't looked back since- because he's got a bit of a stiff neck.
Chris 'El Magnifico' Merkin, Guitar. A man with a stile of his own, leading into the field in which he's the only person… innit.
Bob 'Basso Profundo' Steppenwolf, Bass. Nearly drowned trying to play the sea bass. One half of our ROCK SOLID rhythm section.
